Hand, Foot의 small bone 골절시 minimal skin incision으로 골절부위를 노출
시켜 reduction 한 후 aimed end를 노출된 뼈에 닿게 하고, 반대편
pointed end로써 percutaneously skin puncturing하여 bone을 맞물리게
잡으면 soft tissue damage를 최소화 하면서 쉽게 K-wire fixation이 가능함.
